This refined and extremely white flour with a lower mineral content relies on a formula that allows for more extensible and elastic doughs, ideal for round flat pieces of dough for turnovers (empanadas), quiches (pascualina pies), and small pies. It is also used to prepare fresh & dry pasta, as well as other pasta products.
